BIPOC Rocks is a grassroots nonprofit organization working to address inequities in rock climbing. We are dedicated to empowering underreprensented communities through four foundational pillars.

1. Increase leadership by offering scholarships to underrepresented individuals pursuing professional certifications in guiding and instruction.

2. Uplift instructors and guides by creating meaningful work opportunities and mentorship networks that foster long-term success.

3. Empower racialized climbers through free and accessible climbing education that builds confidence and skills in a supportive environment.

4. Foster community by hosting inclusive and diverse recreational meetups that prioritize connection, joy, and collective growth.
